The Proinflammatory Panel 1 (human) Kit provides assay-specific components for the quantitative determination of IFN-gamma, IL-1beta, IL-2, IL-4, IL-6, IL-8, IL-10, IL-12p70, IL-13, and TNF-alpha. This kit may be used for the analysis of all or any combination of these cytokine biomarkers in cell culture supernatants, serum, plasma, and urine.

This is a 3-channel kit (Version: 0900-VB) that enables immunofluorescent detection of epithelial circulating tumor cells (CTCs). The kit contains a nuclear dye, a panel of antibodies and reagents for detection of CD45 (to exclude WBC), cytokeratin (CK), and epithelial cell adhesion molecule (EpCAM). Samples are stained by a Ventana DISCOVERY ULTRA automated staining system and imaged on a CyteFinderInstrument. The kit contains 250 slides, instructions and protocols for staining and scanning and guidelines for interpreting results.
